Sun, Jul 25th, 2010 CAMPBELL COLLEGE BOYS ON A MISSION
After two years of hard work and focused preparation for the trip to Kenya, the 20 boys and the seven members of staff proved to be a team worth reckoning with. The pupils' work and attitude was beyond expectation. The house built in Western, the street feeding at night, the kitchen built in Kibera, working at babies home, street children rehabilitation centre, work in mukuru slum, visits to homes with food supplies among many other events proved that given the opportunity , the pupils excel and prove that they make a real difference. We are very proud of the team! Thanks to the members of staff who worked tirelessly to make the trip a success, to the parents who supported their sons in every way, to friends who donated funds and time to help the pupils and to the Campbell community which includes the great help from the Old Campbellians society.
